1) Our Originality Commitment

100% Authentic: All fragrances sold by CACHET KOZMETIK are genuine and sourced from authorized distributors, brand owners, or verified wholesalers. We do not sell fakes, “grade A”, decants, or imitations.

Sealed & Traceable: Retail products are shipped factory-sealed (unless otherwise stated, e.g., testers) and carry manufacturer batch/lot codes.

Documentation on Request: Upon customer request, we can share sourcing documentation (distributor IDs, invoices with sensitive parts masked) and batch code photos for verification.
2) Product Types We Sell

Retail/EDP/EDT/Parfum: New, boxed, sealed.

Tester (if offered): New and authentic, usually without retail box/cap. Cosmetic scuffs on tester packaging are possible; this is not a defect.

Gift Sets (if offered): Original brand sets; component SKUs/volumes are listed on product pages.
3) How We Verify Authenticity

Authorized Channels Only: We buy through approved supply chains aligned with brand owner policies.

Batch & Packaging Checks: We verify batch codes, crimping, glass/label quality, printing, cellophane folds, and atomizer build.

Random Sensory QC: Periodic in-house checks for leakage, atomizer spray pattern, sediment, and out-of-family scent deviations.

Counterfeit Zero-Tolerance: Any supplier found non-compliant is blacklisted; suspicious inventory is quarantined and investigated.
4) Originality Guarantee & Remedies
If you suspect a product is not authentic:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [support@email] with your order number and evidence (photos/video of bottle, box, batch code, atomizer, crimp, label, and a short clip of the spray).

We may request return of the item for inspection.

After inspection, if authenticity cannot be established or is disproven, you may choose one of the below (subject to Turkish consumer law):

Full refund (including original shipping), or

Free replacement (same SKU or equivalent value if OOS).

Note: We cannot accept originality claims for items purchased from third parties or outside CACHET KOZMETIK channels.
5) Warranty Coverage (What’s Covered)
This commercial warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Turkish consumer law (6502). It covers manufacturing or transit-related defects:

Leakage / Cracked bottle on arrival

Broken or non-functioning atomizer (e.g., no spray, severe mis-spray)

Severe packaging defects that compromise product integrity (crushed box with broken crimp, broken cap hinge, etc.)

Wrong item delivered (SKU/volume mismatch)

Missing items in gift sets
Warranty Period

DOA (Dead on Arrival) / Transit Damage: Report within 48 hours of delivery with courier damage report (if available) + photos/videos.

Atomizer/Packaging Manufacturing Defects: Notify within 14 days of delivery.
6) Not Covered (Exclusions)

Opened/used perfumes returned due to subjective scent preference, longevity, sillage, or batch-to-batch intensity differences (normal in perfumery).

Improper storage or handling after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat/sun, freezing, dropping, decanting, bottle tampering).
-
Cosmetic imperfections on tester packaging, retail box minor dents that do not affect use, or cellophane tears not caused during transit.

Allergy/irritation reactions (use a patch test; see safety notes).
-
Products bought from other sellers or marketplace resellers.
-
Loss/theft after successful delivery scan.
-
Any modification (decanting, refilling, engraving that damages atomizer) voids coverage.
7) How to File a Warranty Claim

Order number, full name, phone

Clear photos/videos: outer box, inner tray, bottle, batch/lot code, atomizer, defect or leak area, courier label

For transit damage, attach courier incident report if available

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps (RMA label or additional info).

Return the product using our prepaid label within [X] days. Keep proof of shipment.

On receipt, we complete QC in 1–3 business days and confirm remedy: refund, repair (rare for fragrances), or replacement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank posting times may vary).

Replacements ship at no extra cost.

8) Sensory Performance & Batch Variations

Natural variations (raw material harvests, batch maceration, IFRA reformulations) may cause subtle differencesin performance vs. earlier bottles you own. This is not a defect.

Longevity and projection depend on skin chemistry, environment, application, and storage; this is not covered as a defect.
9) Storage & Use Recommendations

Store upright, cool (15–25°C), dry, away from direct light and heat.
-
Keep cap closed; avoid excessive shaking.
-
Use within 36 months after opening or as indicated by the PAO symbol (if provided).
-
Safety: Flammable. Keep away from flames/heat sources. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
10) Counterfeit Reporting & Investigations

If we confirm counterfeiting, you may opt for a full refund or replacement as above.

We may ask for a written statement describing the issue and grant permission to share anonymized evidence with the brand owner/manufacturer to improve supply chain security.

Fraudulent claims (e.g., returning a different item) may be refused and could be reported.
11) International Orders (if applicable)

We guarantee originality worldwide. Transit damage procedures depend on destination courier rules; please notify us within 48 hours.

Customs/security may open packages; official resealing is not a defect unless product integrity is compromised.
12) Remedies & Hierarchy (Legal)

Your statutory consumer rights under Law No. 6502 and related regulations apply.

This Policy grants equal or greater protection and does not limit statutory remedies (repair, replacement, refund, price reduction where applicable).

In case of conflict, mandatory consumer law prevails.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CACHET KOZMETIK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profits, opportunity, or goodwill) arising from the purchase/use of products, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
14) Returns Interface with This Policy

Where a return is approved under warranty/originality grounds, we cover return shipping.

Where a return is based on preference and the item is unopened, standard distance-selling/cancellation rules and our Returns Policy apply.
