1) Return Policy (14 Days • Undamaged Items)

  • Return Window: You may return eligible products within 14 calendar days from the day you receive them.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and complete (original box, accessories, gifts/samples, manuals).

  • Hygiene Requirement (Perfumes/Cosmetics): For safety and hygiene, returns are accepted only if factory seals/films/bands are intact and not broken. Opened, sprayed, or tampered products cannot be returned.

  • What’s Not Returnable:

    • Used/opened items, tester performance preferences (scent/longevity), customized/engraved items, and “final sale” items (if stated on the product page).

  • How to Start a Return:

    1. Email info@cachetcosmetics.co with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.

    2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions (and a return label, if applicable).

    3. Ship the item back well-protected within [X] days of RMA approval. Keep your proof of shipment.

  • Inspection & Refunds: After quality check (1–3 business days), refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank posting times vary.

  • Exchanges: Subject to stock; price differences (if any) apply.

Damaged/Wrong Item on Arrival? Contact us within 48 hours with photos/video and, if possible, a courier report. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

2) Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch (Not Shipped Yet):

    • You may cancel free of charge if the order has not yet left our warehouse. Contact info@cachetcosmetics.co with your order number.

  • After Dispatch (Already Shipped):

    • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

    • You may refuse delivery or accept the parcel and then initiate a return under the 14-day policy above.

    • Refunds will be processed after the parcel is returned and inspected. Shipping/return costs may apply per the return terms.

3) Important Notes

  • Refund Method: Always to the original payment method; we do not issue cash refunds.

  • Bundle/Gifts: Any free gifts or samples received with the order must be returned unused; otherwise their value may be deducted.

  • Condition on Arrival: If the returned item arrives used, damaged, or missing parts, we may refuse the return or apply a partial refund.

  • Processing Times: RMA approval within 1 business day, QC within 1–3 business days, refund initiation immediately after QC.
