1) Scope & Definitions
This Policy governs online purchases made on cachetcosmetics.co and covers order acceptance, payment, fulfillment, shipment, delivery, and related customer support. “Business day” means Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Availability: Items shown as “In Stock” are available for immediate fulfillment. Pre-order/Backorder items display an estimated ship date at checkout.

Accuracy: We strive to keep prices, photos, descriptions, and batch/volume information accurate. Obvious errors may be corrected, and we may cancel/refund orders placed with erroneous information.

Currency & Taxes: Prices are shown in TRY (unless stated otherwise) and include VAT. Shipping fees and any optional services are calculated at checkout.
3) Order Placement & Confirmation

9) Packaging & Safety

10) Delivery & Inspection at Receipt

Check on Arrival: Inspect the outer carton before signing. If damaged, create a courier report on the spot and photograph the parcel.

Concealed Damage: Notify us within 48 hours with photos/video for swift resolution.

Signature/Authority to Leave: Depending on carrier rules, a signature may be required. Where “leave at door” is requested, risk transfers once scanned as delivered.
11) Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender

Missed Attempts: Carriers usually make 1–2 attempts and may hold at a pickup point.

Return to Sender: Parcels unclaimed within the carrier’s holding period return to us. We’ll contact you for re-shipment (extra fee may apply) or refund (minus initial shipping if charged), unless failure was due to our error.
12) International Shipping (If Applicable)

Customs & Duties: Local taxes, duties, brokerage fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

Weather, strikes, carrier network disruptions, pandemics, regulatory inspections, and peak-season backlogs may impact delivery. We’ll keep you informed and work to minimize delays, but delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
15) Partial Shipments & Split Orders

We may split your order (no extra charge) to avoid delays when an item is pending. You’ll receive a tracking number for each parcel.

If splitting is not possible, we may hold shipment until the order is complete and notify you.
16) Ownership & Risk

Title passes upon delivery to the address provided.

Risk of loss transfers on carrier’s delivered scan or upon signature, according to service level chosen.
17) Prohibited Delivery Points
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, restricted areas, or addresses flagged by carriers for security limitations. Couriers require a physical address and recipient contact number.
18) Order Cancellation (Summary)
